| Making A Purchase Just browse our Catalogue and click on the 'Buy' button of any items that you wish to buy. This action puts the item into your shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we require to process the order. We regret that the website is not set up to receive card payments, an upgrade is in progress. Meanwhile you will receive an automated response acknowledging receipt of your order, which will be followed within a few days an e mail confirming the availability of the items ordered, and the postage, At this stage you will also be requested to confirm your payment method. BBUKaccepts payment by credit and debit cards excluding Amex and Diners Card, also by bankers draft, cheque, and postal orders in Sterling or US Dollar equivalent. If paying by credti or debit card, please send the details separately by telephone or post. If you are a returning customer who has given BBUK permission to hold your card details, your order will be processed and sent.PAYING BY CHEQUE. | Shipping And Handling Shipping within the UK is done by first class post, or for parcels over 3kg a courier is used. For overseas shipments, first class airmail is used, for orders over 2kg, a first class M Bag is usually more economical but takes several weeks. Postage is charged at the published rates, with no addition for packaging. However a minimum charge of £1.50 applies to small orders. |
| Delivery Schedule We will normally send goods within three working day following receipt of your confirmed order with payment. |
| Back Orders We are currently not offering a back-order service for items that are out of stock, unless they are expected in within the next few weeks. |
| Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, no V.A.T is chargeable on Books. For other products, the price shown on the website includes V.A.T. When invoiced, the V.A.T will be shown at the bottom of your invoice. |
